What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is nothing more and nothing less than a deep state of relaxation.
Hypnosis is not something that you need to fear.
Onec you have experieced hypnosis you will want to enjoy the awesome place again as it feels so good and tranquil when you are there
A part us is called the mind, which is divided into four parts:

1. Super Conscious Mind
This is the part of your mind where all your memories are stored

2. Sub or Unconscious Mind
IIs more accepted by the public is the Subconscious Mind

3. Conscious Mind
So what is the Conscious Mind then?

4. Discursive Mind
When ino a deep state of relaxation your brain activity on a conscious level also becomes relaxed. In this state we allow another part of our mind, the Discursive Mind, to become more active, but this Discursive Mind is also playing in the back ground at all times when you are awake. It is often best described as you own Devils advocate or the naughty little internal child.
